Monday Chile

 Not all Mondays are wild alcoholic excesses or exclusively male around here.

Last Monday we met again at Josef’s house with a nice group of friends and their wives.

A good cigar in the terrace with a Magnum of finest German Rheingau bubbly ( Schloss Vaux ) and some fried Spanish Pimientos was the overture – I had a Robaina farmie with a few years on it that was quite excellent.

Then we stuffed ourselves on tasty home made Chile Con Carne by Josef and washed it down with very refreshing southern Bavarian beer.

We finished all off with a Serbian liquor and a Croatian spirit – not a bad combination for my Piramide Extra, but I preferred the beer.

A civilized evening indeed.

About time we hold another wild Monday … 🙂
