The Wheel Starts To Roll

Finished the first Lanceros bought in a “media rueda” half wheel of 50 custom rolled in HAV last year.

Incredibly good, spicy, full of cream and aromas and beautifully constructed – only one relight.

A dream … hope I can keep my hands off the rest but highly doubt it … 🙂

Off to the annual suckling pig dinner – no luck with the weather this year,  but will be fun nevertheless.
