Havana 2018 – Hole In The Wall – Paladar Marea

It was thanks to Alejandro Gonzalez, Alex, the famed Comodoro LCDH roller who once again recommended a great place, that we found this hidden-away place.

And what an spectacular place it turned out to be. His previous tip, La Foresta a few years back had already been a great experience, this was equally so or even better.

A private waterfront terrace, sunchairs, a private beach, tranquillity, excellent seafood, good and attentive service, reasonable pricing – all perfect.

We had a few lunches at Marea and were impressed. A perfect spot to unwind and chill out. Very much Ibiza feeling, perfect spot.

Marea has been open for 5 months now and in my opinion offers a perfect option to the nearby Santy’s seafood paladar, more space, open air, the views over the Marina Hemingway channels, it should be also perfect for dinner – looking forward to try that out soon.
