A Long Spanish Lunch by the Rhine River

Nothing like a lazy Sunday afternoon out in the German countryside.
Long, leisurely lunch of top dry-cured top northern Spanish beef, a plate of small seafood filled Txipirones ( young squids ) with delicious black rice to start with, all washed down with a first class red wine from one of Spain’s most famous cellars, a 2005 Pintia created by Vegas Sicilia in my natal Toro region, a creamy cortado and a Siglo I to top it off.
All nearby watching the fields and the Rhine river valley – gotta love this region …
