\u00a0Long, leisurely lunch of top dry-cured top northern Spanish beef, a plate of small seafood filled Txipirones ( young squids ) with delicious black rice to start with, all washed down with a first class red wine from one of Spain’s most famous cellars, a 2005 Pintia<\/a> created by Vegas Sicilia<\/a> in my natal Toro region, a creamy cortado and a Siglo I to top it off.<\/span><\/p>\n
