2012/09 – Another Monday, Another Whiskey

It has by now become a tradition.

Mondays, as long as weather holds, we meet in the village piazza and enjoy a pizza at Don Vito’s.

After dinner we again sought the refuge of the pharmacy office to finish off another great bottle of Irish Whiskey, this time a Knappogue 12 matured in Bourbon oak vats while listening to Adele live at the Royal Albert Hall – what more can one ask for…

Lovely and smooth, both the Whiskey and the music delighted our senses.

The cigars we shared were vintage SLR Regio, RA ER Spain and a H.Upmann Monarca – all of them excellent.

And there was a nice surprise package from Tokyo for me, a friendly present by Mr Carlos Kawasahima of his book “Discover Habanos Vol. 2”, which he kindly sent me.
